Eric Zimmer is a certified exercise medical specialist and professional dancer who specializes in functional fitness and optimal movement proficiency. His in-depth studies in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics have provided him with exceptional insight into the physical mechanics of movement.
Zimmer has a professional dance background in ballet, modern, jazz, and ballroom. He spent eight years dancing with a Portland-based modern dance company while simultaneously pursuing a career in modeling and musical theater. He is a current competitor and teacher at the Masters level in the United Country Western Dance Council (UCWDC) and has performed and competed throughout the United States and Canada.
